Great customer support in setting up. Also recently launched NPS which is great so can use fewer apps to get customer data
Really glad we could help you get set up quickly, and that you’re already getting value from the new one-click email feature. The one-click NPS email survey via Klaviyo is exactly for this, collecting feedback straight from the inbox without adding extra steps

We've been using Grapevine for a few years and it's great. We created a survey that asks our customers how they found us. About 1 in 7 customers reply. It gives us a good idea of what marketing is working and what isn't. The Grapevine customer service is really good.

Absolutely fantastic. This app is just as good, if not better than the really expensive ones, it's super easy to use, and the support is next level! Stu from their support team went above and beyond to help me set up some really complicated specific customer tagging we wanted to achieve based on the results of the survey. Super happy, definitely recommend.
