Grapevine Post Purchase Survey

We've been using Grapevine for a couple of months now, and it has been great!

It's easy to setup and give us great insights. So far we've connected it to Klaviyo and Shopify Flow which has added tons of functionality.

We're testing their AI Connect with Claude at the moment and so far it's been great for analysis and reporting.

We reached out to their team for help with setting up Flows and we got fast, helpful support.

For the price this is a no brainer!

Grapevine was incredibly easy to set up so we could start getting data about our customer journey immediately. It's also great value for us as a small team, and we're excited to look for more ways to use it and learn more about our customers!

A great surveys app that integrates very easily. Excellent analytics and ease of reviewing survey responses. Support is very knowledgeable, personable, and fast - a huge plus. All said, we would love to see the Order Status Page and all surveys be customizable in terms of colors and branded elements.
