The trial was great to get to know the product! We really enjoy the product especially for the cost! We were using a different product a while back and it got very costly very quickly. We've been using Grapevine for a few years and it's great. We created a survey that asks our customers how they found us. About 1 in 7 customers reply. It gives us a good idea of what marketing is working and what isn't. The Grapevine customer service is really good.
