We use Grapevine to measure NPS and gather feedback from our customers. The app works well in Shopify, is really easy to use, and offers many options at a fair price! It’s an awesome tool for gaining valuable insights about customer experience. The support is also great, Sam responds fast and helps anytime we need. Highly recommend!

Tolle App, konnte bei uns die letzten Fragen zur Attribution klären.
Sehr guter Support, der uns auch einige Tipps gegeben hat, wie wir die App noch effektiver nutzen könne.

Für alle Shops die mehr als einen Marketing Kanal nutzen ist diese App Gold wert.

This app is very helpful for collecting customer insights and tracking monthly data trends. It makes it easy to run post-purchase and NPS surveys, and being able to export our data for custom reporting is a huge plus.
