We've been using Grapevine for a few years and it's great. We created a survey that asks our customers how they found us. About 1 in 7 customers reply. It gives us a good idea of what marketing is working and what isn't. The Grapevine customer service is really good.

Absolutely fantastic. This app is just as good, if not better than the really expensive ones, it's super easy to use, and the support is next level! Stu from their support team went above and beyond to help me set up some really complicated specific customer tagging we wanted to achieve based on the results of the survey.
