April 2023: I'm updating my review because I do think this is a great tool in terms of possible functionality, but the back end interface is *INSANELY* complicated, to the point that I can't figure out how to use most of the features - there are menu options across the top of the screen, plus all on the side, then you get more options int he main screen depending on what you've selected, and yet none of them seem related to each other, and I can never figure out where to go to do what I want to do. I've also never been able to figure out how to make options like popups or social or email campaigns work. I'm honestly just not smart enough for this app.

I've just been keeping it for the sake of the rewards points button on my homepage, but recently a second widget button mysteriously appeared on my storefront and I have no clue how or why. I can tell it's from this program cause it's showing the same points and redemptions when I log in, but i can't figure out how to change the terrible placement or turn it off. I gave up and just turned off the original widget, but WHHHYYYY would this tool put two different buttons both on my store?

I didn't attempt to reach out for help, because I reaaaaaaally don't enjoy interacting with folks for technical support, especially on something that should be easy, and i'd rather just give up and switch to a different tool. :(

At this point, i can't figure out how to use most of it, so I've decided to switch to a simpler and less expensive tool since I don't think i'm getting most of the use or value out of this one. :(

Il y a bcp d'options de récompenses mais aussi d'actions à effectuer.
Les différents templates sont utilisables sans avoir besoin de graphiste.
Concernant le support, il est vraiment extra. Des réponses toujours rapides et des explications complètes.
Bref une super app que nous ne pouvons que recommander à toute personne qui souhaite offrir un très bon système de programme de fidélité.

I tried literally 5 loyalty program apps before this one and am blown away. The setup process is seamless and intuitive, the number of features available for even the free plan is incredible, and the design is fantastic. This app will help me make a big impression on my customers along with my new theme version rolling out, so I'm super excited about all of it. This app is a MUSTTTTT. Just try it and you'll ditch your current loyatly app LOL!

Je pense avoir essayé au moins 10 applications de Shopify, celle-ci reste la meilleure. Le design est peut-être pas assez élaboré mais après discussion avec l'équipe, il est prévu un UPDATE en mars 2021 où le design sera très joli !

There are many options to earn points, free of charge: account creation, gift card, sponsorship, link sharing, birthday, purchase. I think I've tried at least 10 apps from Shopify, this one is still the best. The design may not be elaborate enough but after discussion with the team, an UPDATE is planned in March 2021 where the design will be very nice!
The application is free, he spends a lot of time for you via TCHAT and email, I think you can make a donation to please them to thank them. A gesture that I think will delight them. I searched for an app to create a rewards program for my store. I tried two that was highly recommended but the features were limited and the interface was not user friendly. Set up was so easy and Praveen was attentive and helpful as I was setting up my rewards. I highly recommend this app to any one who wants to provide rewards and giveaways to their customers and guests.

Gratisfaction App is amazing! I Love it because have a lot of templates and options already to use for campaigns, which I don't have time to prepare it, the design is very nice and minimalist. They offer a free plan to start with all the options included and just when you grow you pay another, in my opinion, a fair price too. Another thing that I really appreciate is the customer service. They are very good, they really response fast, are helpful, kind and generous as they personalise some detailed to my shop. I also appreciate that they have a function that you can ask for new ideas to develop and they might look at it to add it in the app! So 5 Stars! Well done

I really like this app. Even the free plan offers a lot. I use it for my loyalty rewards system. My customers and I love it! It is very customizable and easy to use. The customer service is also great, I am looking into upgrading my plan with these guys !

I recently installed the app. So far seems pretty good. Easy to use and a good FREE option for new businesses like mine. I had a little issue and client service is outstanding! The issue wasn't resolved but it was due to issues at Shopify. Shopify has lots of issues and soon I might go somewhere else.

This app and the guys behind the app are simply outstanding!

Love everything about it! You can send emails to customers about their point balance which encourages them to revisit your shop. It generates discount codes automatically for your customers to redeem with points. The widget looks great on your website and is easy to navigate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great app! Both in design and functions. The full featured free version allows you to evaluate and test everything. The paid tier increments are well thought out when you decide to upgrade. Good campaign examples are included and show the comprehensive tools available. And if you run into trouble or have questions, the chat support is simply excellent. Highly recommended.

I used this app for my rewards program on Woocommerce, and then seamlessly transferred it over when I moved to Shopify. Great support, and very user friendly.
They're also very responsive to requests to add new features, and have implemented the features I've requested.

I like the app , as it gives examples, there is good features like adding a language, also I got help on messenger immediately when I had a question. Also, the app has a free plan which is great for a starter like me, who is not doing regular sales yet. Also, I can set up a lot of different campaigns. I really like the app a lot.

So far I'm very happy with this app, it does what I want and it is one of the only apps that lets you embed the widget on a page (without asking +$100 per month). Support is also excellent. Very quick to respond and always able to answer my questions or help me with custom requests. Highly recommend!

I researched many rewards apps and I have to say this is one of the BEST! Great features and best-in-class customer support. Praveen assisted me with all of my questions and customization requests for my website www.beautybossShop.com. He made me aware of upcoming features that will be released in the next 4-6 weeks that look VERY valuable.

The only thing I would add is an Affiliate portal feature which would be a GAME-CHANGER. This would allow them to basically offer 2 apps in 1 to compete with others in the affiliate referral space. This is a win-win for everyone!

I haven't had a chance to really use the app to it's full extent yet, but I wanted to comment on the excellent customer service. I had a question about migrating my customers from my old loyalty program and Praveen was extremely helpful. He explained that they could do it for me at no charge. How amazing it that?! I can tell already that this company goes the extra mile and need more of that from companies these days. Gratisfaction rocks!!

Just installed the app and I had a little issue. The customer service was great. They fixed the problem for me in less than 2 hours. Very grateful.

This is a great little app that ticks a lot of boxes and can run servral campaigns to draw customers in and keep them loyal. Another very impressive feature was the genuine intrest and help Praveen in support took in helping me get my campaign just right.

This seems to be a pretty great app. Easiest app to install. Time will tell if its user friendly and bug free.

Cons: It has a birthday reward for entering their birthdate but can't find where it generates them anything on their actual birthday (coupons, extra points on that day, etc). So you'll probably need another app to send them coupons. There doesn't seem to be a way to give them extra points though.

The app is so easy to set up and install! There are plenty of customizations to fit my stores loyalty program needs and the app team is so quick and friendly to respond to any questions! I would highly recommend!

Wow, Amazing, I basically just clicked GET!! and it was set up on my site.
Tried it on my website and everything is done and set up, even the welcome letter once clients sign up I basically done nothing.

I have to give these people a lot of credit, namely Akash. He has been amazing at helping me get things right and set up well. Even on those really frustrating days when things don't go well. He manages make things better.

Akash went above and beyond with his help, even recording a custom 5+minute long video to guide me along.

I want to pay to remove their branding so I can support them, but I do not want to do that at this time because I want other businesses to be able to discover what a great Dev these people are and what an amazing App this is.

If I could criticise.. I would say, the app isn't really snappy like Smile.io. That's what really made me like Smile.io...I found Gratification (this loyalty app) by chance on google. And it literally has everything Smile.io has BUT so much more...can I say literally again? Literally so much more.
Another problem would be the z index is way too high, which is a problem for chat apps.
You cant really place the widget many places other than the few designated spots.
And the widget just doesnt snap open. It pops up and loads slowly like a website (not slowly as in a few seconds but it definitely can do with speeding up dramatically)

I do know they are testing certain new things and bringing them out soon, so some of my issues may be fixed then. We will see, eitherway it is not a stopper. I am looking forward to setting up Tiers for my loyalty program!

This really isn't just your average loyalty app. It is a whole workspace designed around keeping your customers buying more.
It has so many tools and options.

I love this app. I initially used it because it has the Etsy integration but the customer service has been phenomenal. I get quick responses every time. I love that this app is pretty in-depth and not too complicated for my customers.

Probably the best support of any of the apps that use. It's an extremely competent application to run all manner of business boosting activities. Anyone want to ask me personally, please do, I would recommend to anyone who needs this type of app on their Shopify store

Fantastic app with great potential in the future. If your business has multiple social media accounts, you'll love this app as you'll get max benefits from it. What I love about this app:
- The design matches with my theme (it looks modern and doesn't look like from 1990).
- I can run giveaway and give my customers more reward points so even if they don't win, at least they get reward points that can be redeemed for rewards. This will encourage them to participate in future giveaways.
- It doesn't create fake product listings because this app uses coupon codes as rewards. So no issues with product stock/ inventory count.
- Fast and awesome customer service. Akash answered all my questions.

Amazing. This is the best loyalty program I have tried yet, and I have tried pretty much all of them. The prices are very fair, and it doesn't cost much to put your own branding on it! Great feedback from customers, and I would recommend to anyone. Easy install as well!
