Aside from being the best rewards app I've tried - and I've tried all of them, they provided me with excellent customer service. Fast responses to my questions and they will jump through hoops to keep you happy. They have a live chat system within the app for instant responses. A++++ More features are coming too I believe. I am very impressed with this app. It can do everything that we wanted it to do including integration with LOOX. The configuration is quite simple once you figure it out. The odd time that I struggled with something, I reached out to the customer service team and my questions were answered immediately! The customer service is simply outstanding! Love everything about it! You can send emails to customers about their point balance which encourages them to revisit your shop. It generates discount codes automatically for your customers to redeem with points. The widget looks great on your website and is easy to navigate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
