BY FAR, our favorite app on Shopify!! The quality of this app is incredible, the customer service via chat is lightening fast, friendly, and helpful (and HUMAN). Gratisfaction has made a huge difference for our small, family business. But don't shy away if you're a big company. This app is absolutely rebost enough for all business shapes and sizes. Best purchase we've made in the app store. Customers love the offerings and our staff loves the functionality and ease of use. Way to go, Gratisfaction!
Think before installing this app.
I uninstalled this app 4 days ago, but the apps code snippets are still present in my theme's liquid file. I’ve emailed the developer multiple times requesting them to remove the leftover code, but I haven’t received any response yet. I'm truly disappointed with their service.
This app creates a lot of issues and barriers. I would not recommend it.
We have been using this app for a few years now. Tonight I recieved some excellent customer service. Initially it was chat but wee stepped into a zoom meeting and agent spent some time with me helping me not only tweak my settings but also showing me some new features.
Thank you very much for you support . i highly recomened this app
