The Corso steam seamlessly installed their code as per our requests. The customers are enjoying the protection and in the few cases we've had to make a claim, Corso has been a breeze to work with.

The onboarding process was easy and the support team has been excellent. They have a best-in-class response/resolution time to ensure your customers aren't left waiting to get help with lost/stolen packages. Their policies are extremely customer friendly to the point where it's nearly impossible that they deny a claim, which gives customers a positive experience with your brand in an otherwise unfortunate situation. Everything has been very seamless across the board.

Super easy implementation! The team is very helpful and managed to implement a lot of custom functionalities. So far we are very happy with the protection. Their CS is great, they are very responsive.

Best shipping protection app available on Shopify! Plus, the carbon offset is a huge bonus for the core values of our brand and our customers. The UI is also not intrusive on our site, which is a problem we had with other shipping protection apps in the past. Plus, the claims process is so much easier and better than their competitors. The Corso team is the real deal and takes pride in helping customer's that have issues rather than complicating the process to the point the customer gives up.

I have zero complaints about Corso! Their development team is speedy, they are extremely responsive, and customers never have any issues (compared to every other shipping app we have tried). Our shop is a bit tricky with how we ship as we have multiple different vendors. However, the shipping protection through Corso is top notch. Also, being heavily outdoor focused our customers are heavily eco conscious. Providing them the ability to purchase Green Shipping through the app only further helps our brand position as an environmentally friendly shop. One of the best apps on Shopify... Hands Down.
