This app rolls neutralizing your carbon use & shipping protection into a small cost and allows me to offer my customers shipping protection and a way to offset their carbon use. Easy to use. Fabulous customer service. Brilliant Team. Highly recommend.

They have a best-in-class response/resolution time to ensure your customers aren't left waiting to get help with lost/stolen packages. Their policies are extremely customer friendly to the point where it's nearly impossible that they deny a claim, which gives customers a positive experience with your brand in an otherwise unfortunate situation. Everything has been very seamless across the board.

Best shipping protection app available on Shopify! Plus, the carbon offset is a huge bonus for the core values of our brand and our customers. The UI is also not intrusive on our site, which is a problem we had with other shipping protection apps in the past. Plus, the claims process is so much easier and better than their competitors. The Corso team is the real deal and takes pride in helping customer's that have issues rather than complicating the process to the point the customer gives up.

I have zero complaints about Corso! Their development team is speedy, they are extremely responsive, and customers never have any issues (compared to every other shipping app we have tried). Out of the six platforms we have implemented, Corso has definitely been the best! LOVE how they are also helping the environment. Great people, great software - It's a win-win-win!
