I have been using GrayFox account for email marketing & automated campaign creation. The UI is really simplified and easy to understand. They have incorporated AI capability which helps me to send hyper-personalized offers to my customers. The icing on the cake is their customer service. They are prompt and provides support going beyond their usual working hours to meet my needs. I have benefited a lot from this app. Totally a worthy one and a good compete for Klaviyo
I was looking for a nice app for email marketing but most apps are very expensive. I got this app which is equally nice and user friendly. The customer support is very eager to help. They have very good professional looking templates.
We have been using this app for quite some time now. We had a very good experience with it. The dashboard is very interactive and easy to use. The customer service has been excellent. The best APP I ever saw on the Shopify store in terms of campaign automation cart abandoned, upsells, or anything you wanna custom. You can segment your clients as you wish/need and target them as the biggest chain companies are doing... a lot of possibilities to set up your strategies and email campaigns offer. This APP is 100% customizable..is just unlimited!
