I could not wait to leave a review. This is by far the best app I have ever installed. John was the key element in helping me put all my emails in the right order as far as how and when to send them out. He is also a master at creating beautiful, hip, cool, trendy emails. I actually discontinued another app for my emails because of Grid&Pixel AI email SMS. I can now have very professional emails going out that look like the big chain stores' emails at a fraction of the price. This app has been a life saver for my email marketing campaigns. Currently, I only use social media to market. The Grid and Pixel team has really helped me understand how I can use email and SMS to leverage my existing audience. We have seen improvements in engagement and click rates for both campaigns and flows in a short time. The app is very simple to use and has a ton of templates that make emails look very polished without much effort. Quite the game changer, specially when dealing with hundreds of SKUs. This takes the guessing out of the process as AI does the heavy lifting behind the scenes and personalizes the emails.

The team and John have provided amazing support diving into my Klaviyo campaigns providing guidance and suggestions to make the flows convert better. Since I have signed up, we have had $366 in sales and I find it easy to use and intergrates SO easy with Omnisend!!
