My experience was phenomenal. Grid + Pixel took the time to listen to exactly what I needed and adjust the email flows and campaigns accordingly.
They also encouraged me to add SMS marketing (which I did) and it's been a game changer, especially for the abandoned cart flow.
I asked customer service multiple times to pause the account because it wasn’t what I was thinking it was. They kept putting it off until I was charged and then they showed me a link to uninstall it.
Now I have to go and rebuild my Klaviyo flows and get their “stuff” out of my account.
No offer to return the amount charged even though I never used their service.
I was hopeful when I saw the demos but customer service and support was terrible.
We’re sorry this experience was frustrating. During the two months we worked together, our team created campaign drafts, welcome emails, and pop-up assets in the store’s Klaviyo account.
When you decided to leave, we provided uninstall instructions and followed up personally to address the billing concern. We remain available to help ensure everything is fully resolved.
We respect that Grid & Pixel will not be the right fit for every merchant, but we do want to clarify that our team provided active, hands-on service and direct support throughout the engagement.
I signed up for the done-for-you service, and I'm so glad I did. Their team took care of everything and made the whole process incredibly easy.
The emails look clean, on-brand, and the animations really make them stand out. They look so much more professional than anything I could have put together myself.
The best part is the team. They're super responsive and always happy to make changes whenever I ask.

Wow, totally exceeded my expectations! I had sloppy automations set up in my new Shopify store and sloppy designs that didn't represent my brand well.
