The Grid & Pixel team is very helpful and responsive, one of the best customer service I have experienced. Their dynamic images for emails are an amazing tool, especially for email flows. They recommended that we build two email flows using their dynamic images, and one of them - the Replenishment Flow - is now our 2nd highest-earning email flow. If you want to up your email campaigns with eye-catching and personalized designs, but have limited capability in design, this is a great tool to use!

The team and John have provided amazing support diving into my Klaviyo campaigns providing guidance and suggestions to make the flows convert better. Solid team, very responsive, and easy-to-use app!
