Once you begin paying around with all the different designs it becomes super easy to use. Love how there are so many choices and they are interactive. John has really helped me out throughout the entire process from the beginning. The customer service is beyond exceptional and he also listened to the feedback I have shared. The Grid & Pixel team is very helpful and responsive, one of the best customer service I have experienced. Their dynamic images for emails are an amazing tool, especially for email flows. They recommended that we build two email flows using their dynamic images, and one of them - the Replenishment Flow - is now our 2nd highest-earning email flow. If you want to up your email campaigns with eye-catching and personalized designs, but have limited capability in design, this is a great tool to use!
