I could not wait to leave a review. This is by far the best app I have ever installed. John was the key element in helping me put all my emails in the right order as far as how and when to send them out. He is also a master at creating beautiful, hip, cool, trendy emails. I actually discontinued another app for my emails because of Grid&Pixel AI email SMS. I can now have very professional emails going out that look like the big chain stores' emails at a fraction of the price. This app has been a life saver for my email marketing campaigns. Excellent customer service! I was using Canva previous to make my own templates but theirs are so much easier to implement and look much more professional. I also love that it integrates easily with shopify and klaviyo. Game changer for sure!

The fantastic Grid & Pixel App is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly.

I have only used their email system for two promotions and less than a day later, we received an impressive order! The promotion was sent to existing customers only, yet we saw an astonishingly high click rate and even more revisits.

In conclusion, this App is the perfect choice if you're looking for serious results.

First, our mails went astray, what resulted in a bad review from my part.

Later, CEO apologized and we received comprehensive advice. Unfortunately, it turned out that the app is unsuitable for our Bonfim store at the moment. However, we will use it for our main store, where we can make good use of such personalized graphics.
Depending on how the further development of Bonfim goes, we may install the app again later.
