This app has truly taken our email flows to the next level with dynamic animations and beautiful creative. This app has allowed our "small" business to look larger than life and we are thrilled to see how these elements enhance our Klaviyo flows. But here's the most special part of all: the customer service is unmatched. We added this app and didn't have time to figure it out - to my surprise, John Hogan, personally reached out and offered to help us design and setup a Welcome and Abandoned Cart series! As we really were just letting the app age with no activity, we would have never taken the time to find out how powerful this app is. We use Grid & Pixel emails along with traditional emails in our flows on Klaviyo. The setup was simple and adding the coding to the Klaviyo template is a breeze. Using some animated emails gives a variety to our marketing.

I have found that some of the templates that I would like to use are limited in the number of characters allowed. John and his team are always open and willing to do custom work to the code enabling me to use longer copy. They have also edited the templates to allow for more color customization. Now, can we please get the ability to add more products to some of the templates?

Recently, they added the functionality to skip sending an abandonment email if the product is out of stock. The process was much easier to implement in Grid & Pixel than the process I needed to perform in Klaviyo to get the same functionality.
