This app has been amazing so far. The Grid & Pixel team goes above and beyond with their support. The team is fast, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping merchants succeed. They responded right away, troubleshot everything quickly, and made sure my setup was smooth even during a busy season. Their communication, turnaround time, and overall care truly stand out. If you value reliable customer service and an app team that really shows up for you, I highly recommend this app.
I am very impressed with not only the quality of the emails, the content and the quality of the graphics but i'm also really enojying working with the team to level up my email game!
What I found is that the sale I run must match whatever templates Grid Pixel provides. If I want to run a sale on a specific product at say 25% off, I have to hope there is a Grid Pixel template with the same sale because I can't change the templates. If I try to change the template there are glitches.
Btw, there appears to be no option available anywhere to cancel the Grid Pixel subscription, there is only an option to change the plan.
