Thank you so much ! I have sent 2 of my own emails so far and I can’t believe how EASY IT IS!! Seriously after just a few clicks, I have a super professional well written, and beautiful email (that people actually open and click!) !!! Takes like 5 minutes tops!! I should have done this SO MUCH sooner! (forehead slap to myself!) Thank you creating this AMAZING program. I am super new to Grid & Pixel - but already a SUPER FAN! Cant recommend enough!
Highly recommend. Great onboarding experience using my branding, images, messaging and purpose. Marketing email setup was on point, just a few minor tweaks requested which they implemented very quickly.
Whether the online chat or via email, response time always very quick.
I've been working with the team on the full service plan, and I've been really impressed (and we have high standards!). It's still early days, but so far the team has been very responsive and consistently delivered excellent output, most notably significantly improving our email flows.

We switched from using a very white glove expensive agency service to Grid and Pixel building out our email flows. They are doing much better from a revenue perspective and an engagement perspective. I am so impressed and will look to further incorporate more of Grid and Pixel's offerings into my programs. The team is great to work with and delivered on everything they promised. Truly amazing! Grid & Pixel is a lifesaver app with incredible customer service and support. Their custom designs are phenomenal and on brand in terms of style, tone of voice, and feel. It's worth every cent, and then some.
