What I found is that the sale I run must match whatever templates Grid Pixel provides. If I want to run a sale on a specific product at say 25% off, I have to hope there is a Grid Pixel template with the same sale because I can't change the templates. If I try to change the template there are glitches.
Btw, there appears to be no option available anywhere to cancel the Grid Pixel subscription, there is only an option to change the plan.
Hi Fern, to cancel, you just have to uninstall the app. I’m sure we can fix the issue you’re having if you follow up to one of our messages. I tested changing a discount in your account and it worked as expected. Sorry you’ve had a bad experience. Let us know what we can do.

I have only good things to say about this app and the service provided. We had a bot attack that brought down to zero our email revenue and the team Grid & Pixel helped us to fix the issue and bring back our sales through email.
