Long time customer. At first, it was great. After a few months with the "premium plan" they dont even answer emails
We worked with Rob and his team from Grid and Pixel and are very grateful they were able to double the signup rate to our welcome pop up and they provided valuable segmentation, sunsetting rules etc. They were also very supportive of our wishes to enhance the layout of their mails and tone to match our brand.
