Grommet: Launch Your Product

I have always been a HUGE fan of Grommet when they were a catalog featuring makers, independents, unique items. Their new online store goes even further by allowing the consumer to participate in providing their interest and satisfaction. Launching on the Grommet has been amazing! I love how much the Grommet cares about how my product looks and is represented on their website. They were also very helpful with any changes that needed to be made while preparing for launch week.

Initially there were a few bugs in the app but let me just say that Greg, James and Grant have been so helpful in correcting those issues immediately. They were responsive and extremely helpful to walk me through anything on my end. What is most important is the overall experience and they are committed to your success as this is a team effort!
The way the Grommet site is formatted is brilliant, they make the user experience very easy to find specific information they are looking for. Also the page display of video clips and images is just enough to get an idea of a product for users that are looking.
