Grommet: Launch Your Product

We just had our second product launch on Grommet and couldn't be more pleased. A seamless process from start to finish with thorough and prompt assistance from the Grommet team when needed. A winning partnership that we hope to continue!

Awesome company and I love the new app. We've worked with the Grommet for awhile and they are one of the best product discovery platforms out there. They always doing creative initiative and push us to think critically about our messaging to customers. The app is easy to set up and product submission is straight forward.

We had great results with Grommet!
The weekly new product listing brought in many new customers in the first 4 days.
I have two small suggestions for improvement
1. Allow flexibility in the discount.
The required 20% discount is not viable with our higher price products because it eats up the margin.
2. Put a note in the 'Images' page that only square (1:1 ratio) images are supported (and if there is any pixel size limits).
Some of my pictures were auto-cropped badly because they were not the right ratio and I only learned about the ratio through email.
-That said they quickly changed the images once I knew what to do and the support was very friendly.

Overall The Grommet is a pleasurer to work with and they deliver strong results!

I'm on Etsy, Walmart, Amazon, and my own site but by far the easiest to launch on has been the Grommet. I also think my product is showcased really well - not too many images, just enough to not look cluttered, and a video right on the front page. I've been very happy with the site and customer service when I did have a hiccup. Always heard back within the hour or sooner!

What is not to love about Grommet. I had the easiest experience with launching my product and communicating with the team was effortless. They made everything so easy and provided so much knowledge and helpful tips in each email and provided videos that helped guide me in my own launch decisions. I am so happy to have found and be apart of this wonderful community and looking forward to working more with this team.

I have always been a HUGE fan of Grommet when they were a catalog featuring makers, independents, unique items. Their new online store goes even further by allowing the consumer to participate in providing their interest and satisfaction. I launched with grommet about a week ago. While it took a long time for my product to launch, the actual launch process was very seamless. The team has great communication and always responded to all my questions, walked me through everything and kept me up to date. It has led to a few additional sales and I am hopeful that that just continues to grow.

Very good experience, very smooth process. The grommet was able to push a significant volume of traffic to the site with exceptionally high conversion rate to deliver actual sales. Highly Recommend.

The Grommet team makes everything easy. They do any amazing job of preparing brands for launch on their platform and are aggressive about promotion. Our products are a bit different than the typical winning products on the platform, but even with that we saw some nice increase in traffic on our featured product.
