Grommet: Launch Your Product

I have always been a HUGE fan of Grommet when they were a catalog featuring makers, independents, unique items. Their new online store goes even further by allowing the consumer to participate in providing their interest and satisfaction. Thank you with all our heart for the opportunity to launch the dbCHOPPER by DBRANDT with you. From the start the process couldn't be easier and supportive from the team!!

The Grommet team makes everything easy. They do any amazing job of preparing brands for launch on their platform and are aggressive about promotion. Our products are a bit different than the typical winning products on the platform, but even with that we saw some nice increase in traffic on our featured product.

Super easy to install and integrate with Grommet. All my products integrated into their site and discount codes were generated on my site for customers that came in from The Grommet. Truly a hands-off experience with all the necessary analytics for me to see where my customers were coming from, discounts applied and how much in sales was generated. Seemless and easy.

We have had a wonderful experience launching our product (and small business) on Grommet! From their helpful, clear, and timely communication, to their genuine enthusiasm about our Read & Play Book Club, we've felt supported at every step of the way. I'm on Etsy, Walmart, Amazon, and my own site but by far the easiest to launch on has been the Grommet. I also think my product is showcased really well - not too many images, just enough to not look cluttered, and a video right on the front page. I've been very happy with the site and customer service when I did have a hiccup. Always heard back within the hour or sooner!

We have been with the Grommet for a long time. Previously featured by them many years ago, and then recently jumped on with their new launch on shopify. It's been great! Impressive for a first launch.

Update: have now launched a second item with them: still solid service. Their revshare % is very high- I do have concerns about 30%, but we will see if this is sustainable.
