Grommet: Launch Your Product

I've been incredibly impressed with the Grommet experience! They seem to really care about each product and success of the launch. They create quality support materials, have great communication, and have been very professional in every way!

Initially there were a few bugs in the app but let me just say that Greg, James and Grant have been so helpful in correcting those issues immediately. They were responsive and extremely helpful to walk me through anything on my end. What is most important is the overall experience and they are committed to your success as this is a team effort!
The way the Grommet site is formatted is brilliant, they make the user experience very easy to find specific information they are looking for. Also the page display of video clips and images is just enough to get an idea of a product for users that are looking.

I love working with the Grommet: Launch Your Product app! It was so easy to install! The process was very quick. We had some conversions using this and it was great! We worked with Greg and he was just awesome! He helped every way he can with our launch page and was successful!

Magic Fabric LOVES Grommet! We have been with the Grommet for a long time. Previously featured by them many years ago, and then recently jumped on with their new launch on shopify. It's been great! Impressive for a first launch.

Update: have now launched a second item with them: still solid service. Their revshare % is very high- I do have concerns about 30%, but we will see if this is sustainable.

I'm on Etsy, Walmart, Amazon, and my own site but by far the easiest to launch on has been the Grommet. I also think my product is showcased really well - not too many images, just enough to not look cluttered, and a video right on the front page. I've been very happy with the site and customer service when I did have a hiccup. Always heard back within the hour or sooner!

Super easy to install and integrate with Grommet. All my products integrated into their site and discount codes were generated on my site for customers that came in from The Grommet. Truly a hands-off experience with all the necessary analytics for me to see where my customers were coming from, discounts applied and how much in sales was generated. Seemless and easy.

This app and company is phenomenal! The app itself was super easy to install and works completely on its own, adding in the customer discounts directly and it seamlessly integrated with my Shopify site.
