Grommet: Launch Your Product

We’ve absolutely LOVED our experience with Grommet! Everything has been easy and smooth (probably the easiest launch experience. One thing that has really stood out to us has been the support we’ve had during our launch. This has been a platform that truly supports small businesses, their products, and the inventors themselves. This has been the one launch I’ve been truly excited for because the support surrounded behind the launch. Another really cool and unique experience I didn’t expect from Grommet was the encouragement to just get behind the camera and talk about our product ourselves which has translated over to our own social media platforms. I highly recommend launching on grommet for small businesses to get further exposure, sales, and the experience of working with a great team!

We had great results with Grommet!
The weekly new product listing brought in many new customers in the first 4 days.
I have two small suggestions for improvement
1. Allow flexibility in the discount.
The required 20% discount is not viable with our higher price products because it eats up the margin.
2. Put a note in the 'Images' page that only square (1:1 ratio) images are supported (and if there is any pixel size limits).
Some of my pictures were auto-cropped badly because they were not the right ratio and I only learned about the ratio through email.
-That said they quickly changed the images once I knew what to do and the support was very friendly.

Overall The Grommet is a pleasurer to work with and they deliver strong results!

So far it has been a nice experience seeing the number of people visiting our page on Grommet and up-voting it for the 20% savings. The number of purchases for us was about 7% of upvotes in total. I hope that the up-voters get emails to remind them of how great our product is as I would assume if you up-vote something, you are more inclined to purchase vs just collecting votes, then again....even though something is "Super Cool" does not always warrant a sale. Price points are great for now and hope to see the sales continue!

Our experience with the Grommet could not have gone better! What an amazing platform to be a part of with a seamless integration into our Shopify store. We have already seen amazing results and sales within the first week of launching! Would highly recommend to anyone trying to get the word out about their product.

The Grommet launch was flawless and easy to use. Greg was very active on helping me with any questions I had and the Team did an amazing job on my page. They did so well, I will be adding the banner to my website along with the UPVOTE! The sales that I received were incredible! I highly recommend this site over Amazon any day, plus I like that I keep my customers for marketing.
