They offer a 1 year plan but when you click the subscribe it pushes you to the more expensive monthly plan - they are misrepresenting the plan costs

Thank you for your feedback. We want to clarify that our app offers both monthly and yearly plans, and the subscription process works exactly as designed. There are no issues with how plans are selected or charged.
To assist you, we emailed you a video tutorial explaining the process and addressing your concern, but we haven’t received a response. We believe this might be a misunderstanding.
