The app delivers just what we need, particularly the mix and match bundle feature. It does have a bit of a learning curve to get it working the way we needed it to. Support has been quick and responsive to tickets. Their devs also provide ample and easy-to-understand explanation of issues, workarounds, and solutions.
Recently installed this app to offer the option for our customers to build boxes of the products we offer in different categories as well as use the volume pricing feature on other products. Really, really happy with the support. The team is super quick to respond and to help make changes that helped my theme and store work really well with their app features. Our experience with this app and the support team has been excellent. The Mix and Match bundle builder gives our customers full control of our box and is easy to use.
The support team have been very helpful and assisted with some customisation for the app to have more of a the look and feel of our website branding. When a support ticket is raised, the team have been quick to address the questions and provide regular updates.
