This app has become a core part of our workflow. Building product groups is smooth, intuitive, and just makes things easier. What really stands out is the support. Quick, thoughtful and always there when you need it.
The app is very useful for our way of working, which is: We are NOT working with product variants and we are NOT on shopify plus. Given these two particular criteria we are able to mimic a variant setup so that our visitors can flexibly choose between different product options like size and color. Their team is always ready to help, even when I ping them on Sundays.
Big fan of this app. It's made everything so much easier for me.
I wanted to customize something but couldn't figure out how, so I reached out to their customer support via chat. They're now custom-coding it to do what I want it to do. That's what you call customer service.
