Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist +

Great and speedy customer service!

The customer support is excellent, the best I have experienced with any Shopify App. Alex was super quick to respond to my queries and was really helpful. I haven't been using the app long so can't comment much on it, but don't hesitate to install it!

I am relatively new to shopify, but have used and worked with a fair few apps. As an Australian based business it is harder to find reliable, well oiled apps that function as good as they say. However, Growave has been one of the best apps and customer service interactions of my life!! After I initially set-up they sent out an email confirming that all was well. There was just a few issues/concerns I had and I thought, why not ask? To my pleasant surprise they resolved these issues immediately and followed up by answering and resolving other issues that I found that had nothing to do with their app. 16 emails later and Growave has given my store a great new customer account look, a personalised review set-up, a wishlist system that is bug free and working how I envisioned it. The most incredible part to me is that I am on a free subscription at the moment and haven't spent a cent with Growave. I honestly, couldn't be more impressed with the effort, commitment and continual effort of the Growave team. Furthermore, the functionality of the apps features are incredible and extremely easy to implement. Once my store goes live with all going well I hope to join their start-up businesses subscription service because I have had a huge amount of effort and time powered into details to do with their app and to do with issues completely separate to their app, and if they are willing to do that on a free basis the extra integrations will be a bonus worth paying for. Thank you to the growave team!

I was getting frustrated with one of my app and when I was searching for another one I saw Growave. I started to read the description and saw they were doing Rewards, Referral, Loyalty, Wishlist, Reviews, Pop Up and much more. I was like : Wait what ?
Then I looked at all my apps and added the amount I was paying and then I realized I was saving by paying one app for all my apps. So I decided to give it a try especially with their promotion going on with Covid 19, I mean this is such a good deal and I will make sure to stay so I can keep this price. As soon as I started I had right away a very well organized "onboard process".
It was so well done that it inspired me in so many levels to use same strategy for my own business. It was so easy to install and when I had something I was not sure of or simply wanted to go to bed but wanted to have my app moving forward the team was doing it for me so when I was back on my computer it was done !
I am not sure how long this app has been available on Shopify but it is so well done, so customer oriented and sale oriented!! This is the BEST app I downloaded so far, hands down!
If you read this review, jump on their deal you get a very high level of app for half price!! Don't let this price go away and get something positive out of this creepy COVID 19!

I highly recommend this app. The rewards program is wonderful + review functionality, wishlists and shoppable Instagram galleries! The level of support from the Growave team is outstanding and unbelievably responsive.

We use this app to help us with reviews, instagram feed, social login and wishlist. It makes so much sense to have one app cover all the bases! So far it all works well. Any issues are dealt with promptly by the support team who are excellent, fast and responsive.
