We integrated Growave into our store three years ago and we couldn't be happier with their continual upgrades, top notch customer service and intuitive software.
They seamlessly replaced multiple apps we used, including loyalty programs, referrals, rewards, reviews, and wishlist functionalities, etc. It is all in this APP and backed by a customer team that always responds to our emails ASAP. We highly recommend Growave!

At first I couldn't get in contact with them but once I did they fix all the issues and it was great customer service. I would recommend this app for anyone needing to use social media to interact with their customers on their site. God bless these people letting us use this for free and helping when we need it. Great customer service! I love being able to offer social check in with my customers! It's fantastic!
App looks really clean and neat. Works well and make life a lot easier with the social media log in. The customer support is just AMAZING! Just drop an e-mail and they will get right back to you! Btw, they speak Russian, for those who may concern :)
