Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist

日本のサイトに導入しました。 I chose this app because I use social login, review collection, loyalty program, and favorite list.
It's easier than adding a bunch of apps because all the features you want to implement are in one place.
I didn't use it for our site, but I'm also attracted to the fact that you can pull in other posts from instagram.
Emails to customers are also prepared from the beginning, so if you are not particular about what you want to send, you can minimize the customization.
I was expecting to lose the points that my customers had accumulated due to the site migration, but I was told that I can transfer them to GROWAVE.
The articles on setting up the system are extensive, and there are many things that can be solved without inquiring.
If I can't solve a problem by myself, I can ask a question via chat, which is most helpful.
I use English and images to communicate my inquiries, and when my intentions are understood, they are promptly responded to, which is very helpful.
I'm Japanese and can't speak English at all, but I've been able to communicate with them using the translation tool, so if you're not sure which app to use, I think you should consider it as a candidate :) ソーシャルログイン、レビュー収集、ポイントプログラム、お気に入りリストを使用するため、このアプリを選びました。
導入したい機能がまとまっているので、アプリを何個も入れるより楽です。
うちのサイトでは使いませんでしたが、他にもinstagramの投稿を引っ張ってきて載せれたりするのも魅力的ですね。
顧客に送るメール文なども、最初から用意されているので、特にこだわりがない場合は最小限のカスタマイズで済ませる事ができます。
サイト移行のため、それまで顧客が貯めていたポイントが失効してしまうと思っていたのですが、それもGROWAVEに頼めば引き継げるそうで助かります。
設定に関する記事は充実していて、問合せせずとも解決できることも多くあります。
自分で解決できなかった時は、チャットで質問ができて、これが一番助かっています。
問合せは英語や画像を使って伝えるのですが、こちらの意図が伝わると迅速に対応していただけてとても助かっています。
私は日本人で英語は全くできませんが、翻訳ツールを使ってやりとりすることができているのでどのアプリにしようか導入を迷われている日本の方は候補にいれて良いと思います。

I have been using Growave for the past 2 years and really happy with not just the app but the service team behind the scenes. Great apps within the overall app that saves you massively from having to subscribe to multiple other app providers, and the team are always at hand to help install the apps if needed. Much recommended.

Best support team I have ever had among all the other apps I have installed. Really appreciate constant check up and updates, prompt coding solving etc. The team has helped my store growth from loss to even breakeven. Tattu is beyond amazing so is this APP! They went above and boyond even fixed a issue in my admin panel and no cost to me! I have already upgraded my plan and Also With this only being my 2nd day with the Referral program active.. i am already seeing Sales from it! Cant thank you enough.

I was looking for a rewards app and a review app. I downloaded a few and played around with them but none were providing what I wanted. Then I came across Growave. Both in one and the added bonus of the wishlist. I'm still getting to grips with it all and looking at what I can implement to drive sales, loyalty and connection with our audience. So far though I have to say I am mightily impressed and customers in general seem to be engaging and signing up.

Prompt, attentive and very accommodating customer support services. As a new business set up we felt supportive and made the learning curve more enjoyable. Definitely a great starting point in creating a holistic customers' reward program.
