Growave's customer support is very responsive and solves any issue easily. I can't say enough about their support. The app is rather easy to use and serves most of our needs except the Reviews feature. We are hoping the newly required upgrade will produce additional value to our business.

I’ve had such a great experience with the Growave team. I reached out with a few questions and not only did they respond quickly, but they also went above and beyond to support me. The Wishlist feature looks amazing on my site now, and I’m grateful for how smooth and professional the whole process was. Shoutout to Zhoomart and Ayana for being so kind and helpful. The app is very versatile, multi-functional and easy to use. The support is great and extremely responsive. I just started using the app and had a few problems with the way I wanted to use the app, the Growave team was very quick to resolve my own 'workflow' problem which required customization. There are many, many... apps out there to choose from these days and it can be confusing to select the right one which many have overlapping functionality. I've started to trust the feedback/reviews of all these apps which are based on 'real' customer experiences. The Growave app has both of what store owners should look for: 1) simple, effective functionality and 2) Support, Support, Support!

Adding Growave was the one of best decisions and had immediate, positive results for our ecom business. The addition of social credibility, reward loyalty, and encouraged sharing has helped grow our business. Implementation and operation is simple, even for those of us who are less-than tech savvy.
However, what really sets this app apart is the incredible customer service provided by their team! Vlad assisted me recently with reintegration of Growave's widgets after we updated our theme to Shopify 2.0. After ensuring he understood our issues, he got to work and had everything operating correctly within a couple hours. Beyond fixing our problems, Vlad did an amazing job of communicating what changes were made, showing evidence of proper functioning, and explaining how we can manage issues in the future. This level of customer service far exceeded our expectations and was exemplary of how all tech companies should operate.
We are very happy with our choice of Growave -- from functionality to service -- and highly recommend it to any ecom business looking for a review, loyalty, and rewards solution.

I was an early adopter of Growave when they just started and had 2 stores on their Basic plan which is $9/month. I have been giving a lot of feedback and invested much time and money to integrate the app into my current stores. Just recently, they announced a new 2.0 Dashboard rollout on 15 Mar and I will lose access to my dashboard, and my current plan is no longer offered.
Honestly, it is just the dashboard UI update and the features generally remain the same. For me to enjoy the same set of features (VIP tiers, custom address to send email, etc), I will need to upgrade to their Growth plan, which is $149/month!
That's like 16x more expensive. We are a small brand and have two stores, and it is way over our budget. I wrote in to ask the support and was told if I chose not to upgrade my plan, the dashboard would be blocked and the widgets will be disabled on your site.
I am happy to see that Growave.io has grown to what it is now, but shouldn't you also take care of your early loyal customers? I wish that you had a better way to handle this as many other companies would still honor the grandfathered plan even if they introduced the price plan change (maybe without the newer features)

We wanted a simple Rewards app and ended up with a polished solution that offers so much more. Features like Reviews (with the ability to add photos), Wishlist (with optional notifications for out-of-stock products), POS integration (crucial for those with a physical presence), and a nifty Instagram widget (to display and tag content) exceeded our expectations. The core Rewards system has everything we need: rewards for orders, signups, referrals, and an optional VIP tier system. Beyond the features, the ease of use is remarkable. No complex setup is required, the widgets are simple to configure, and everything looks great right out of the box. We’ve been with them for over three years, and from an admin perspective, it’s incredibly low-maintenance and works beautifully. A special shoutout to Kani from the support team for assisting us with migrating to a new version—prompt, caring, and truly making me feel like a VIP customer. Thank you!
