Really awesome app with some really great features. The support & dev team have been super helpful and very quick to respond. Tattu has been especially helpful in helping me get custom features in for my store! I'm using the Wishlist and the Social Log in features for now, they are really easy to use :)
These guys are amazing. The app itself is fantastic - I looked around forever for a wishlist that worked well with my store and had all the features when I stumbled onto this app. It provides the best wishlist features I've seen AND lots of others. The social login feature is great, as well as the sharing. I look forward to using the other features (such as reviews) once the site gets going further.
However, the best part so far has been their customer service - it's spot on. I worked with Kalys for over an hour on their support chat to make the app work perfectly on my website. I then spoke with the CEO, Eldar, over e-mail a number of times for various help and support. They were both professional, quick to respond, and 100% successful in helping me every step of the way.

UPDATE 2/20/2024:
Another successful fix. This was a little more complicated than the earlier problems but works very well now (scrolling of all comments). Anna was very communicative of where tech was in the process loop, which is much appreciated.
UPDATE 9/28/2023:
After more work and conversations with GroWave support, my current problems with import of reviews have been resolved satisfactorily. Persistence of Anna and quick response to my support requests, helped to mitigate the wonky import tool provided. Instead of several hundred reviews needing manual input, finally have it down to two dozen, very manageable. I do appreciate the support! Updated to five starts from four stars!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Overall the experience has been very good. 95% of the time response to questions/problems have been stellar. Any updates/fixes have been promptly applied, and 95% of the time brings the system to full and correct function.
I am moving from a legacy theme to a new 2.0 theme, and I am being cautious as I configure it to my needs; the legacy theme continues to be my 'live' theme as I work with multiple app providers. GroWave has been helpful and patient in my questions and have been helpful.
One incident has not been corrected and I have been patient for the fix. In order to move forward, I have manually imported about 100 entries so there would be something for customers to look at in the new system.
As a previous database/server director for a mid-size company, importing/exporting data from different systems was a well known task for me. Unfortunately the import of my few hundred reviews (from an app for which there was a template) fell well short of good; that is, it would not import any of my correctly formatted entries. Error messages were not well defined and the response from support helped to define the problem; these 20 or so entries could be handled manually. But after more than a dozen attempts at importation, the last three hundred or so had never auto imported successfully, thus the manual input. I am still hopeful GroWave will be able to help.

If i could give 10 stars I would, really.
The support helped me to integrate the app completely and add a few design alterations that I requested, after sending the design alterations i thought that i asked for too much and though that nothing would be done, but in a few hours of writing the request the got back to me with all the changes completed.
Will add this app on my other 2 shopify stores asap.

I recently began using the Growave app and have found it nothing but useful and amazing! The customer service team has been exceptional in assisting me with any issues I have. As well, the process of integrating the wishlist button, reviews and rewards onto my website was smooth, however, when I faced challenges, the customer service team in collaboration with the technical team were always there to assist me! All I can say is that this is a beautiful/very useful app, with a top-notch team behind it. Update - as of August 13th 2021, I am updating my review to give further praise to the team at Growave, especially to Tina & Alex who are part of the support team, and the Dev team as they have truly provided support to me like no other company ever has with my business. Let me give a back story. About a week ago I learned that the Shopify theme I was utilizing for my store had released an update and so during the weekend I was working on updating my site. Accidentally, without remembering to save or duplicate my original store version, I deleted it. It felt like my world was over. All the months of work are all gone including the integration done for me by Growave. Over the week, with an incredible effort from myself, my cofounder, and my team, we were able to piece the site back together. Unfortunately, Growave's integration was lost. In my mind, I could only imagine the backlash I was going to receive from the Growave team as they were supportive and they went over and beyond with the first integration, now I have to tell them I deleted all the code and they will have to help me redo it (Keep in mind if I had received backlash for that they would have been absolutely justified). However, I informed Alex and Tina about what had happened and they met with so much love, sympathy, and understanding. They were so kind and amazing to me and worked with the dev team to integrate all the features and get my site back to the amazing way it used to look. I know this is such a long review but I just want to thank Alex, Tina, and the Dev team for all their effort. It means a lot to me and thinking about how everything played out makes me want to cry with tears of joy. Thank you so much to the entire Growave team for all they do and I know as my company becomes successful I will continue to tell this story and let people know how Growave was a company that contributed significantly to my business success! I wanted to give an update since my original review was about 5-6 months old. Shopwave is the best! They go above and beyond on EVERYTHING. Please go check them out - you won't regret it! I just got this app a few days ago and I love the difference it has made to my new website. I love the features: wishlist, reviews and that they do EVERYTHING! They sent me an email, asked what was important to me & what I wanted on my site, I woke up the next morning and it was done. I chose this app above the other ones because of all the reviews stating how great their customer service is, and it is great! I highly recommend using this app.
This app is incredible - I've uninstalled at least six other apps as this one contains everything I need.
I do want to send out a huge shout out to Kalys - the level of support has completely blown me away. Kalys has helped with every single customisation request I have had and never once lost patience with me, despite the fact that I have been chatting with him for nearly two hours around custom changes made to the app on my website. I also had help with Tuttu and she was lovely.
The application is effective and has so many facets to it. I'm only a few hours into installation and was so impressed I needed to leave a review. However, it is the service support that has won me over. If you're deciding between which apps to install for reviews, social media implementation, community engagement, look no further: SSW has everything. I really wish I had installed this sooner.
