Support alone is enough for 5 stars! Tattu is super kind and helpful, she's always there to help you with any kind of issues or requests that you may have. The app is also great, of course. At the moment I'm just using the social login feature, but I will consider to extend it to other features in the next months.

Speaking from my experience after using this application for a while, I find it very handy in setting up promotions, giving points and gifts for our precious customers. Our business certainly benefits from this. And one of the best thing is that they have excellent and enthusiastic support staffs, especially Tattu and Tina. They always appear almost immediately and answer every question I have during the use of the app. Thank you for making such work became easier.

Very disappointing since the update. I am usually very happy with Growave but the Instagram feature stopped working for over a month now. I reported the issue immediately and no one is able to help. I used to display our influencers Instagram pictures with a specific hashtag and tag the products. Now this does not work and I can only display and tag pictures posted on our IG account (not pictures from a specific hashtag). I would change my review as soon as this issue is fixed.

Regarding your query, I'd like to kindly let you know that our app gives a signal to Facebook via the API, but Facebook's tokens are coming in invalid due to the hashtag posts not being displayed. However, our dev team worked with the Facebook support team and we were able to fix the issue.

I have sent you multiple messages and would really appreciate it if you will get back to me in order for us to make sure everything is working correctly🤗.

I used this app for over a year and it was a big mistake for our store. I would say that in the last year or so I received only a couple of reviews and I couldn't understand why. I changed from this provider to another and started getting reviews immediately. The cost of using this program is immeasurable to us.

We use this app for collecting and providing customer reviews as well as for the wishlist feature! It works great for both and we look forward to exploring the other features as our business grows. The customer support team is wonderful too! They communicate very well and regularly to provide updates on any support requests we have. Thanks for providing such a great app!

Growave offers a lot of great features to help you connect with your customers and grow as a business. We are extremely happy we made switch to their platform. Only drawback is the lack of ability to customize how their widgets look on your website as well as tailoring emails (rewards, reviews, etc) to fit your brand.
