I have to give a shout out to the Growave support team. I haven't needed to consult them often, but the few times I have over the past year, they've responded very quickly (often within an hour!) with helpful fixes. We use the app mainly for the loyalty feature and it's been working great! It has mostly all the basic and essential features a small brand like us will need.
