A really comprehensive app! It’s just a shame that the styling options are quite limited. However, a huge plus is the incredibly fast and helpful customer support. I originally moved from Wix to Shopify specifically so I could use Growave from an experience with this app from another retailer, and I’m really glad I did. The app has been great for setting up our loyalty rewards and reviews, but the support team has been the standout. They’ve been extremely helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the setup process, including helping troubleshoot some DNS issues on my end. Nothing has been too much trouble, and they’ve made the whole process really easy. Highly recommend them!
