I was very new to rewards, not only as a seller but also as a customer. Ive found the whole thing to be fantastic. The support is very good and I’ve had no end of questions answered- no matter how simple. Definitely recommend.

We use all the functionnalities that Growave has to offer: rewards, reviews, wishlist, instagram and social login. Everything runs smoothly and adds tremendous value to our business. Special koodos for customer service: growave team is always there to help, they reply quickly and always provide solutions. Here are two add-ons that would be great to see one day: 1. that once a customer exchanges points for a discount, it applies automatically to the cart (some of our customers are confused). 2. that we have access to more information about our wishlist and can extract all the data ourselves (right now growave team does extraction on request though, so, information is available). Thank you guys, great app and great servce!

The customer service this app provides is top notch! I've worked with other apps like this is the past and this one is by far the best, plus everything works smoothly and looks great with my website theme. If you are on the fence about adding this app, i'll tell you right now...just do it. You'll thank yourself later.

These guys are doing awesome job. They really care about you and want you to succeed! I chose them because they fullfilled all my customization needs (I do business in Finland). Other vendors didn't do it or told us to pay higher price. Their price model is friendly for starting a business as it grows with you! Recommend this company and Tina & Alex for everyone who seeks to find trusted company which cares about your business.

I am currently using the FREE plan and it is exactly what I am looking for. User friendly and tech support is within hours - in fact they are proactive EVEN on holidays (which i totally did not expect) I might upgrade to the premium version but since I am a start up, I have time to experiment and see where this trend goes. LOVE IT!! keep it up!

It is the only social log-in app that achieve the design philosophy of "don't make me think", Its easy the use and very intuitive to the users.

E.g. the simple animation of adding a product to the wish list saved thousands of words explaining how useful the wish list can be, and how easily it can be used.

The social log-in is miles ahead of competitions, with auto pop-up settings, auto fill the forms once the user logs in, another achievement in usability design.

The only thing that we couldn't tell is the loading speed under heavy load, since we are still in the setting up phase.

If there is a wish for improvements, we would love a bit more control of the look and feel of the apps, so it can blend in even better with whichever theme we choose to use, however, the developer has already done a very decent job to start with.

One more thing worth mentioning is the support is amazing, 3 times, 3 different requests, quick turn around time, easy to communicate, no sweat.

We only use two above mention functions out of the set of 8 the set provides, we don't use the rest of the apps for now because it doesn't fit with our current business objective, the only thing we can say is, during tests, they all worked well as stated.

For what we are using, we give 5 stars, and we think its worth our money.
