fantastic support. they are always a few seconds away from every message I sent. Their troubleshooting is fast and usually done and dusted within 24 hours

I just signed up for the free version of this app a couple of weeks ago, and I'm super pleased with it. The free version has wishlist, reviews and social login. The customer service is incredible. Not only do they answer your questions quickly, but if you have a problem with something, their people can take care of it, free of charge. I'm planning to upgrade very soon and highly recommend this app.

This is amazing app and the support of staff is just a perfect.

Personally I have been struggling with Yotpo with its high pricing so I needed some alternative to control my budget. SocialShopWave does almost all features that Yotpo does but reducing quite good amount of expense.

Staff are very kind and passionate to support, response is a speed of lightening.

You should try this, you won't regret.

We have nothing but good things to say about Growave and the team behind the app! We chose to move to Growave after wanting to limit the apps we had and cut down on costs. Just before the move, we were using smile.io for points, Judge.me for reviews, an Instagram feed app, and our native theme wishlist. So, we had 3 apps and a native wishlist that did not connect with each other, all which cost us a good chunk of change each month. Growave was suggested to us by our theme developer The4 which tied in nicely with the theme and really brought an all-in-one loyalty system to our website. The 3 biggest improvements for us were: 1. VIP Tiers for our rewards program - This feature costs $600 a month with the smile.io app, and we have it included in our $15 a month plan. I have not seen another app with VIP tiers at an affordable level, which is a huge selling point. 2. Points for tons of actions. With the smile.io app, we could only give points for simple tasks such as sharing to FB and Instagram. With Growave, we've been able to include two of the most important actions: Points for reviews and points for newsletter signup. Having these two actions as standard in our plan without having to pay for the higher cost plan is just awesome. 3. The reviews section is awesome and we can also now have a 'Shop Our Instagram' page where we can link products to photos and customers can purchase directly through that section. But the 3rd biggest improvement for us, and the one that really sold us, is the support team. I've been working with Tina and Alex for almost 3 weeks now, asking them to make minor changes and help me adjust the program to fit our needs. Each time I message in, they either fix it on the spot, or send the request to their development team who then makes the changes for me. We've talked daily going over a few things that I had questions on, and each time I was met with a positive attitude, funny conversations, and gifs in chat. They really go out of their way to make their customers happy, and this is how you create an awesome experience. I've even talked about Growave with a few business partners and responded to questions on Reddit when people are looking for a great rewards/review app. With the help of the entire Growave team, we've been able to seamlessly transfer all our customer's rewards points, all our reviews, and create an all-in-one program that is native to our website that looks as if it was built for us. No "We reward with XXXX" branding, no logos in the reward emails, and all customer side notifications can come from and email address you choose, rather than the email address of the app. It's truly been a great experience with these guys and we're happy to have made the jump and switch to Growave. If you're reading this, then test out the app for yourself and see what I'm talking about! You're gonna love it!

Where do I begin, I can't write in words how thankful I am for their customer service. First of all, the reason I choose Growave for our website's Wishlist function is because the clean and tasteful design. They let us customise Typeface and colours to match the look of our website. The other apps have clunky, messy border and box that can't be edited out. Growave let you go bare and minimal if you want to. The integration could be done by yourself, but in my case it doesn't work. Tattu and her team wasted no time in replying and help integrated the whole Wishlist system into my site over the a couple days. One thing to take note is, you might want to check what it's going to look like when the whole Wishlist system is installed into your header menu. In my case, the dropdown of 'My account' wasn't really necessary, so Tattu and her team quickly help me removed them. There are other problems where Growave's snippet crashed with my Theme's widget (in this case, the mobile search bar). But the point is you can always count Growave's customer service team to be the most responsive, sympathetic and effective problem-solving oriented team ever. The apps has its flaws (the integrations and codings are not that simple to do for non-developers), but the design and customer service outweighs that problems greatly. I appreciate that a lot. They also have many interesting and useful apps I hope to come back and install later, may be for a pro plan when our store expands. You just want to do business with them after witnessing their amazing service for the whole week with only free plan. Go for it!

I have worked very closely with socialshopwave developers. They are very flexible, responsive and helpful in fixing integration issue including the ones coming from my our website HTML/CSS.

The concept of social login, faves, following up the users and checking out other users' profiles. Very cool ideas and helpful in putting up a user/customer community!

Above all - it's all FREE!!!
