Delighted with this app, as it has a lot of functionality I was looking for. I don't usually write reviews, just way too busy for that unfortunately... But I just had to drop everything and write these guys a review because of the AMAZING customer service! I have NEVER had a customization done this fast before! I mentioned it was urgent, and in less than 10 minutes - it was DONE! And it looked and worked perfectly! Unbelievable - keep it up guys!

10/10 or even better 100/10!

If I had these guys around when I started the Shopify store 18 months ago, I would have been far less nervous about handling the technical stuff. The support is simply AWESOME!!
I asked for at least a dozen little changes and they were glad to help immediately. I felt they welcomed every question wholeheartedly and made it all happen exactly as I wanted it.
And the best part is that I did not have to wait in frustration because of time-differences!
Am still finetuning the details but go have a look at the fantastic things they have put on my website! I could never have done it on my own.
This SINGLE app purchase will take care of wishlist, sharing and recent event notifications ... maybe later I'll activate the other things as well like Reviews in case the business needs it...
HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Especially if you are just starting out on Shopify!

I installed at free plan, it works fine. And the service is very good, they help me to install again after I change theme.

At first, I was not really impressed with the app when I started setting it up. Because it lacked customization options and I am not a developer. So I thought I will get in touch with the app support and see what they can help me with. To my surprise, they were willing to help me out to adjust the features so it is on-brand. Tina, from the app, was so professional, quick and kind. I am definitely keeping the app! And Customer Service exceeded my expectations. Very pleased!

I have used a long list of Shopify apps for a very long time on many different projects. I can honestly say that first of all this is one of the best and valuable apps out there, specifically in the social and marketing niche.

Second, but even more important, is the support. The company stands behind their app 100% and works tirelessly to resolve all issues in a extremely prompt manner. I know the shop I am working on at the moment has a very specific custom setup with metafields, etc... Needless to say the app (or any other app) do not work straight out of the box.

However, SocialShopWave guys worked around the clock to fix ALL of my obsessive requests - big thanks to the support team! App developers should take notice and learn for these guys.

Did I mention, that all of the support was free? Thanks again!

Once in a while you recieve the customer sevice and help that all companies should strive for. Aidana and the team from Growave are exactly that. My theme required some tinckering with the positioning and look and feel of the icons on both of my shopify sites. They have been there 100% and completed all requests quickly and to my 100% satisfaction.

I used this app to help me add a wishlist to my store, but I could not have been more pleased with all the features available even for my basic plan. I am able to do a rewards system with my customers and they're able to earn points to get rewards; which essentially helps them spend more. I was even having a problem changing something and the customer support I received was great! I got help from both Nurila and Aiperi and they were so helpful and pleasant! Great app.
