Wonderful customer service!! Solved all the little issues! Nothing Kalys cant fix in a few minutes! Also customized an area of my site for the Sign Up redirects to my membership page for I can control who can sign up. They really didn't have to but they did! And I am very grateful, makes my site even more professional and easy for customers to use! :)

I was torn between many many apps for rewards. Then I finally realised after many comparisons that Growave is really the best that can fit my needs. Though my needs took a big flip over the last 6 months.
Alex and the team were fabulous to help configure my needs. They even help me many many times to get my theme right. And obviously, the many times was due to me trying other things and screwing it up. They did not complain and they just identify the issue that I had, then requested me to make the adjustment should I want to.
"Growave", you might not realise it, but you will be focusing on your business more with them assisting you to do your work!

You will never run into trouble with this AMAZING app, the second I got confused and didn't know how to make it work properly for my store, I got contacted by Support from this app and they helped me out, they are really the BEST!!!! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT to all my friends and to anyone, this app has Great Functionality and BEST support!!

This set of program is great: it consists of reviews, photo gallery, instagram, social, discount, comment etc. All you ever wanted for social proof app. I have been getting sales everyday after i installed this app, and i strongly believe that makes a huge difference. I love it. The customer support is great. Amazingly quick response time. Thanks so much to this hardworking and dedicated team.

I really do like this app, and it was beneficial for my business for the time I had it. However, after being a customer for seven long months without any sort of payment and they try to do the whole "bait and switch" tactic to force me into a $60/month contract, I find that a little sketchy and disheartening. It would be much better if they grandfathered a plan or made the payments more affordable. They basically make you pay MORE if your site gets more visitors, and it has nothing to do with the app itself!
