This app is definitely everything I'd hoped it to be. I look forward to seeing how it helps me with conversions. I needed some specific customizations and Alex and Tina both helped me out to my satisfaction. Support is important, especially to new store owners and at Growave they do a great job of making sure we have everything we need, how we need it, to help our store grow. I recommend them.

When I first got Shopify for a new website, I knew I needed to get a membership/loyalty program. The problem is "WHICH." You have all these positive reviews on every app across the platform which mostly touch on how helpful the customer service is (which I think should be a given and not really something to write a review about, so basically didn't help with my selection of apps at all - not enough info on the function of the app itself) I was struggling to either go with Smile or other cheaper/free alternatives. In the end I chose Growave for the long term route based on in-depth reviews online. Sure, I've had my concerns with this app at first but overall, it's simple, customizable, a lot of options for me to create an experience for site visitors. So far things have been going pretty smooth after some tests and real transactions. The team has been stellar with the support (not the most important on my criteria for choosing an app) but Tina was super quick with the response that it saved me a lot of time which I am thankful for. So yeah, you have a great arsenal to build a membership/loyalty program and a responsive team behind it. Couldn't ask for better myself. Hope Growave continues to be this good.

I'm pleased with Growave.
I was quite confused at first on how to change the widget position, but Ayana from customer support help me a lot by moving the widget to a better location, and looks much nicer now.

This apps is Awesome, but more than that, the support team is the best thing you get worth far more than. They replied for me instantly if they are available .
I'm running three online store and I've installed this app all the stores.

The customer service is phenomenal, I asked them a lot of questions to change widgets positions, buttons, etc., and they were able to help me out. I still wish the app was more customizable, and that the reviews allowed videos, but honestly you get so many features for a very good price. I love that there are many options for rewards, and the social login!
