The best app on Shopify to socialise an e-commerce store. The perfect app for creating viral engagement, collect leads and drive social sales. Shoppers love to play with the live feed and with their social profiles ! The app is fully customisable in css and the design can match the feel and look of your website. With some more code is possible to integrate the app with some other applications sold on Shopify. Socialshopwave support is always ready to help for integrations and tweaks you may need and they answer even during the weekends. Waiting for more cool stuff from Eldar, Anton and their team at Socialshopwave !!
And... if , one day, you want to uninstall the app just contact Anton and Eldar, they will help you, avoiding to mess your liquid code in Shopify.

It's not only the App that's great, but the technical support team too. They actual wrote to me, offering their support for free and it was quick. I'm loving it!!! The App increases my store's visibility

I have been using Growave's loyalty app for some months already. I gave 5 stars before because the technical support team (Tina and Alex) was amazing but suddenly the support team was changed and now it takes hours to get an answer from the support team. Sorry Growave but we customers evaluate an app not only for its technical features but also for the support we get from the team behind the app when it comes to questions or issues.
Update (2023-01-19): I was contacted by the lead of technical support, she apologized and is trying to improve customer service. So far technical support seems to have gotten better but I have not requested too much support lately so I'll keep updating my score based on my experience.
Update (2023-05-04): Customer service is getting better, I usually don't get immediate answers but my questions are answered and my requests are fulfilled within a few hours. Fixing complex bugs that I have reported takes some time but they are eventually fixed. It's fair to recognize Growave's efforts so I'm giving 5 stars now. Keep up the good work Growave!

Amazing Customer Service! I love the features this app adds to my website however I can not say enough about their customer service! There have been a couple of times when things weren't showing up correctly & when I emailed the customer service team they responded quickly & resolved the problem. They have amazing communication & are definitely on top of things. Thank you for all of your help!
