Great customer service and great app. Has everything you need even with the basic package. One-stop shop to take you website to the next level.

I went for this app for the review system. It works well. And support system is really helpful (thanks Alice).
Can’t rate 5stars yet since I didn’t tried all functionalities

I am taking advantage of the free 14 days trial and I am amazed. I had a great support from the beginning. They settled the app for me, migrated customers point from another app, they are always present and always helpful . The customers immediately noticed and appreciated the changes ( now they can have a wishlist, can log in from a social network etc) . I will for sure upgrade to a basic plan. So much happy. Does not exitate to try this app!

some features aren't working, for example i cant apply test the app on my offline versions of my store even though there's an option for that it doesnt apply, so if i make any changes i have to publish it which makes my customers confused
UPDATE:
Alice from customer service reached out and was very helpful. still there quite some features that i would like to improve. im currently still working with their customer service and hopefullt they can get it done

We want to assure you that Growave is working properly and the part you mentioned is no exception. The "Active theme" seems to have misled you and for that, we are really sorry.

This option was mostly implemented for our development team so that they could understand which theme they should work on. And we beg your pardon if some confusion has taken place in the description of that part.
Thanks to you, we're going to change its description to avoid any misleading in the future.

Wonderful customer service with quick responses, answered all of my questions thoroughly with screenshots. Tattu is a great customer service manager. I'm incredibly impressed by this team and what they've done to integrate reviews, wishlists, and account login with social media sharing capabilities onto my site. My website looks so much better now!!
