Im so disappointed in this app. After removing it, because it did not provide anything of benefit to my customers or growth of my store, it has left random punctuation on my site that I can not fix. It's almost like the app wasn't fully developed, and some sort of "residue" was left after removing it.

Please accept our deepest apologies for the bad experience and disappointing you. However, we would like to note that it was not done intentionally. We’re afraid some of the Growave files are still in your theme due to the improper removal of the app.

We would love to make things right and fix any issues caused by Growave. And we would not forgive ourselves for letting you go with a bad impression of our app.

May I ask you to install our app again, thus we'll be able to clear all our files? Without installing our app, regrettably, we have no access to your files to remove lingering code. Promise it will be fixed in no time :)

Our team has sent a couple of emails with explanations of why it happened. Hope you will be able to give us a chance to fix everything.

Before socialshopwave, I was trying to install YOTPO but the installation did not go through. I contacted their support team and they did not respond for one week. So, I threw them out, started looking for a good review app and came across socialshopwave. Social shopwave has fantastic features. Besides reviews, I have been wanting to use Instagram galleries which they have. I am intrigued by their community feed. It provides proof that visitors are purchasing. Then today itself, a visitor emailed me asking me to notify him when one of our products becomes available. That is exactly what their wishlist and automated email feature can do. It is super to have all the features in one place.

Last but not the least, when I was checking out their website, I started talking to Kalys from customer support. He answered all my questions and took lot of time to satisfy me. After my disastrous experience with YOTPO, I loved talking to Kalys. Eldar and team also were very quick on integration. Social shop wave's customer support is top notch.

It's a great combination of features and price. Plus the support is solid.

I've been with growave for a couple of years. But I'm not satisfied with the progress this app has (not) made in visual design. Nothing has changed.

The overall visual design of the app is mediocre at best which doesn't help convert visitors very well. It feels very early 2000s.

Growave needs to focus on design. We need more modern looking widgets and alternatives to the slider design for reviews. Why does it have to look so bad? Please look at Loox or other competitors which have card based design and grids.

NOTE: I'm NOT talking about the Admin area. I'm talking about how the app looks on websites. Particularly the reviews.

Having moved to shopify plus - we needed a review and Wishlist app that could work across multiple stores for our Jewellery brand. Tattu has been very helpful, making the set up and syncing of reviews easy. I have also requested an add on - for their app, which they are considering (a dedicated back in stock email app - to compliment their wishlist functionality)
We have used Growave for a few years on other shopify stores - and we are delighted with their service, response times and general all round greatness!

I have been using Growave for several months and have loved it. My customers love the option to earn points and I love the confidence buyers get from having reviews on products. I recently changed my shop theme and found it necessary to reach out to the developer team for assistance. They were very quick and professional and had my issue fixed quickly. I would highly recommend this app.
