We are just launching on Shopify, and Kalys and Tattu and the team were super helpful in getting the app set up on our site. The app has so many amazing features that integrate into our site, gnr8.jp, perfectly! To be honest, we just wanted to launch ASAP so we haven't even integrated all of the features yet, but the deeper I go into this app the more impressed I am! The customer service is amazing, do you guys ever sleep?

First class customer service! I had changed my store theme which hid my review & rewards options. I sent an email to see how to get it back & received very simple instructions for what to do on my end & they did the rest with a smile.

Sensational app that does the job of 4-5 normal apps, allowing us to greatly clean up our installs and reduce costs. Support has been fantastic, with speedy email responses and even a tutorial phone call being no problems. Highly recommend.

It is a very great app.
Whenever I had any issues, I was able to contact the support team and they were able to resolve all issues quickly.
Also, I used to use multiple apps, but thanks to this app I was able to consolidate them into one, which saved me a lot of money and I am very happy with it.

I installed it with the free version. I just started my site but the customer support is really smooth and welcoming. If you bump in to any problems they fix it for you with easy explanation. Once my store get going I will upgrade because I feel safe knowing that whatever hitches I bump into there is an amazing team there to help you. In my opinion this is how customer service should look like and more companies out there could learn from it. In more ..they must treat their staff real nice .. because it shows that they love working there.
