Despite the timezone difference, Tattu was always there to answer to my questions and satisfy my requests. Probably the best customer service ever. Concerning the app itself, it does its job perfectly and it's customizable, that's a plus. Just reach out the Growave team and they'll do their best to make you happy. Highly recommended!

I used this app to add the social logins and wishlist. After tweaking the settings myself and having a play around with featues, I was unhappy with my layout. I emailed support and Nurila was very helpful in pushing out the specific changes I had asked for. I'm so happy with the way my site looks now.

Been using for around 2 weeks now and it’s rapidly increased the engagement between my site and the shoppers through reviews and comments. I also now have around 20% logins/signup rate which is a massive increase. It’s fairly expensive but you get a lot for your money and since I’m a start up it’s half price.
An all in one app for reviews, Q&A, loyalty and more. Very powerful and the team is very responsive. I should say their services have improved even over the past few months.There is definitely room to improve the QA process. I also wish we could integrate with Klaviyo with other plans and not just the highest plan.

Update 28-09-2022: The "Inclusive tag" functionality within the Rewards program setting "ways to spend" does not work. When a user attempts to save tags "inclusive tags" in a custom discount option, the user receives a "Something with wrong" error message - and the settings do not save. This means you cannot separate ways to redeem rewards between program tiers like GOLD | SILVER | BRONZE - all customers will see all ways to redeem options regardless of their tier. This is a persistent bug that has been ongoing for over 3+ months now and is still unresolved. Whilst support is very accommodating and fast to respond to requests for updates on this bug it does not remove the fact that the bug is critical to the core functionality required to administer rewards tiers "ways to spend". I'm hoping for an expedited solution to this issue or else we will have to move to another platform because Growave does not work the way it is supposed to regarding the Rewards program functionality. I'm not sure how other merchants are not having issues with this bug. I'd love to know a workaround if one exists. Initial review 23-05-2022: Growave is a great solution to consolidate multiple apps into one cost basis. We have migrated from for other solutions into Growave which saves us operational time and reduces our costs. We have had a few minor support requests to help get us up and running and the Support team has been great - thank you Alex and Tina. We recommend to you Growave for your reviews, rewards and wishlist functions for your Shopify store.

I've only had this app about a week, but the support team has been SO helpful with any questions I had along the way getting it all set up. Super easy to use too! Love that it's an all-inclusive type app so I'm not having to manage several apps. I recently had an issue with my cart icon not displaying and they literally had in fixed for me within an hour! So grateful!
