Great loyalty scheme app, has all neccesary features and a helpful support team.
Would highly recommend to anyone looking at putting a store loyalty scheme in place

The developers of this app are phenomenal to work with. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it in helping to install different features. The commenting system is so much better than the standard one of Shopify and the other features they integrate are well-thought-out and help to build community. I would recommend it without hesitation.
always going the extra mile to assist their customer. i'm so happy and satisfied customer for almost a year now. exceeded my expectation.
It is a great app and the chat assist is fast too. The only thing I would add into the app is an auto discount for my customers when they purchase based on their tier. It is more rewarding and it's easier to retain them. Unless it is already in the app which i don't know how to set it

While this feature is not currently available in the app, we'll definitely take your feedback into consideration for future updates. I've had Growave since I set up my store and overall it's been a great experience - the wishlist, reviews and loyalty program were exactly what I was looking for and the customer support is second to none! I sent a support request today that required a code change and they had it fixed and working perfectly within a few hours! Incredible team - thank you so much guys!

I don't write reviews a lot, really. But Growave helps me way more than they should, or what I expected from them, with the integration of their app in my custom design. Whatever I ask, they will do everything in their power to solve the problem. That is customer service that is very rare, but I appreciate it. I would recommend it to anyone.
