1. They had a bug that allowed somebody to share to Facebook over and over with no time delay and generate fraudulent gift cards out of thin air extremely quickly. This app is incredibly helpful, and helps level the playing field for startups competing against much larger e-comms. Additionally, Kalys at Social Shop Wave has offered fast detailed support. This was definitely one of the best decisions we've made so far for our store.

-Regarding the rewards program, some ways of rewarding customers are not very effective.
