We've been using GWave for about a year, maybe less. Their support is amazingly fast and helpful. App has been working great for us, no issues thus for on a Shopify Plus website. Thanks guys for all you do!

We integrated Growave into our store three years ago and we couldn't be happier with their continual upgrades, top notch customer service and intuitive software.

They seamlessly replaced multiple apps we used, including loyalty programs, referrals, rewards, reviews, and wishlist functionalities, etc. It is all in this APP and backed by a customer team that always responds to our emails ASAP. We highly recommend Growave!

Really impressed with the support team at Growave. We're in the process of setting up the app, hit a technical roadblock, and they went to the next level to assess the issue and provide informational screenshots to help us navigate. All within hours of reaching out to them.

The onboarding features are pretty great, but I wish there was a way to see what to expect and a few examples via video. I'm excited to learn more about how to use the app, but seem to need to activate it in order to learn. Maybe I'm missing a couple of demo videos.

Excited to start using the features! Feeling good about working with the team at Growave whenever needed!

Absolutely amazing!! I contacted their help because I wanted to change how some of the features were displaying and wanted to add some more into the site. They helped me do everything and it was an extremely smooth process. Highly recommend them and their service.

I'm content with the support team, quick responses and always helpful and kind. However, I would've appreciated some support to migrate to the new update (V2 version). Growave customized our current V1 version, but couldn't help in regards to customizing the V2 version and they will stop supporting the V1 version in the near future. In other words, we feel like we are caught between a rock and a hard place. BUT the support team understood our situation and are currently working on a solution, which we are grateful for. Thanks!!

Had a rough time with initial installation, however Yzat and the team at Growave were incredibly prompt in resolving each issue individually. In less than 24 hours, the app was functioning at 100%. We're now using it across our 4 stores and the results are great so far! Would definitely recommend for ease of use and implementation.

The Growave App is very nice since it combines both loyalty and wishlist together. But the most amazing thing is the support from the Growave team. As we have specific needs with 90% of our business still at the POS ,they are always helpfull with both advice and support. Customer Happiness and Success is clearly at the top op their list.
